How fast can a plumber or electrician get to me?

Pipo shows how far each artisan is by road and roughly how long they'd take. You can also see who is available right now.

Who pays for parts?

The job price covers the artisan's work. If parts are needed, agree them in the chat; you can buy them yourself or pay the artisan for them directly.

Are the artisans checked?

Artisans can verify their identity with their NIN or BVN to get a blue badge, and only customers whose job was completed can review them.

Do I pay before the job?

No. Booking is free. You pay the agreed price after the provider marks the job complete, by card or bank through Paystack, or in cash where the provider accepts it.

Can I look around without an account?

Yes. You can browse providers, profiles, prices and reviews without signing in. You only need an account to book, message or pay.
