Do cleaners bring their own supplies?

Some do and some don't. It's on their profile, and you can confirm in the in-app chat once they accept.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

You pay only after the job is marked done. If something went wrong, report it from the booking and Pipo reviews the messages, timing and payment record.

Do I pay before the job?

No. Booking is free. You pay the agreed price after the provider marks the job complete, by card or bank through Paystack, or in cash where the provider accepts it.

Can I look around without an account?

Yes. You can browse providers, profiles, prices and reviews without signing in. You only need an account to book, message or pay.
