FAQ

Errands questions

How do I pay for the items an errand runner buys?

Directly. Pay the shop yourself, or give the runner the money for the item, as you agree in chat. Pipo only processes the errand fee, never the cost of what you're buying.

How much is the errand fee?

Runners set their own fee, starting from around ₦2,500, depending on distance and how long the errand takes. You see it before you book.

What does Pipo charge errand runners?

5% of the errand fee, the lowest rate on Pipo, capped at ₦50,000. Runners keep at least 95% of their fee.

Do I pay before the job?

No. Booking is free. You pay the agreed price after the provider marks the job complete, by card or bank through Paystack, or in cash where the provider accepts it.

Can I look around without an account?
